01Digital content
Once digital content has been delivered, refunds are not issued, as the content cannot be returned.
02Delivery problems
If the content is not delivered or has technical problems (corrupted or incomplete files), contact us on Telegram. The content will be resent or, if that is not possible, the amount will be refunded.
03VIP Group
VIP Group access is not refundable after joining the group. Removal for violating the terms does not entitle you to a refund.
